Take your school to the next level with early education entrepreneur and leadership coach Aleta Mechtel as she connects you to a group of like-minded leaders and peers to gather fresh ideas for sustainable growth, gain support with your business challenges, and facilitate next-level accountability in monthly Mastermind Groups. Groups take place on Tuesdays for only 1 hour each month with new groups starting each year in January.

What is a Mastermind Group?
A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group designed to help members solve problems with insights and advice from other group members. Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, peer accountability and support to sharpen members’ business and personal skills.
Who will facilitate the Mastermind Group?
Entrepreneur and leadership coach Aleta Mechtel has spent the past 20+ years wearing a range of hats in early childhood education. She founded a profitable childcare business, expanded it to four locations and successfully sold it to a large regional provider. She also launched two complementary businesses aimed at providing a solution for one of childcare’s biggest challenges—staffing. Today, Aleta helps early education business leaders identify, strategize and implement intentional plans through her 1:1 Coaching and Group Masterminds.
