10-Site Childcare Group Sold in Boston

The team at HINGE is pleased to announce the sale of a 10-site group of schools in the greater Boston market focused on a full Spanish immersion curriculum.

The founders built the schools around the mission of educating and nurturing each child’s individuality within a culturally diverse, bilingual community. The two partners had different selling goals with one choosing to retire and one opting to remain with the new investor in an operating position.

The international buyer valued the strength of the long-tenured team and will retain the entire workforce—continuing the high-quality services that have been serving families for many years.
