EveryChild Conference - October 16-18
THRIVE Consultants Kathe Petchel and Molly Petchel will be in Sacramento, CA mid-month to present two marketing workshops to the attendees of the EveryChild California Fall Technical Assistance Conference.
Their first workshop, Messaging Matters: Strategies to Define Your Marketing, will discuss how school’s can attract families to enroll in their program by incorporating key messaging strategies. While their second workshop, Marketing Tools For Success, will reveal all of the free and low-cost marketing tools and resources available to small businesses as well as which ones best meet your needs.

PACCA Early Childhood Education Summit - October 21-23
HINGE Associate Broker Alec Ligon and Staffing Consultant Kathe Petchel will be attending PACCA’s 2019 Early Childhood Education Summit in State College, PA later this month.
Kathe will be presenting two workshops at the conference: Building Your Bench on Monday, October 21 at 11:30am and Staff Retention in Child Care: Are You Rocking It or Is Your Ship Rocky? on Tuesday, October 22 at 1:15pm.
Alec will also be presenting on Tuesday, October 22 at 11:30am to discuss the State of the Industry: What’s Trending in Child Care?

VCCA Fall Conference - October 25
Kathy Ligon and Kathe Petchel will be in Richmond, VA on October 25th to speak at the annual Virginia Child Care Assocation’s Fall Conference!
At 10:30am, Kathy will present The Five Elements of Financial Health discussing the top actions childcare owners can take to start moving the needle toward profitability and what financial areas owners should focus on to reach true financial health.
At 11am, Kathe Petchel will take over to present How to ‘Marie Kondo’ Your Childcare Business and discuss how childcare professionals can de-clutter and organize their facilities, staff, systems and processes to optimize their businesses.
