We are so excited about our newly created team of industry experts, put together to further support our sellers during the transaction process!
At HINGE, we recognize the time and emotional challenges of running a selling process while also running a business. And, as we are always looking for new ways to serve our clients and provide them support on new levels, we have developed a team of experienced industry experts to make this process easier.
Meet our new Client Relations team: Kathe Petchel and Molly Petchel!
These superstars joined the HINGE team in 2018 as consultants—helping childcare business clients with their marketing, staffing and enrollment efforts. And with years of owning and operating their own schools, they understand modern methodologies of enrolling, communicating with parents, and hiring and engaging staff. Now, they are available to support our clients in running their own processes as well!
In their new roles as the Client Relations team, Kathe and Molly will work alongside our Broker team as the liaison with sellers, supporting sellers as they seek the value of their company, need help with staff and parent transitions, keep the business healthy during the process, and provide emotional support when necessary. The team at HINGE is excited to bring this new level of commitment to providing the most supportive, creative and low stress process possible.
