3-Site School Sold in Greater Boston Market

HINGE is excited to announce the the successful sale of a longstanding, 3-site childcare group in Boston.

This group of schools was founded more than 30 years ago to provide high-quality education to preschool children in the greater Boston area. When the founders made the decision to retire, they reached out to the HINGE team to run a competitive and confidential process that involved multiple offers from qualified buyers. 

The international buyer wanted to grow in the northeastern US markets and valued the strength of the team in place to lead further future growth in the area. The culture fit between operators was excellent and supported the future of the staff and families.
