6-Site Childcare Group Sold in Delaware

The team at HINGE is excited to announce the successful sale of a six-site group of childcare centers in the Delaware market. 

The seller was a long-time contact who participated in multiple HINGE-hosted events to prepare for the eventual sale of her company.  Capitalizing on the strong seller’s market, the seller engaged HINGE to create a competitive process with multiple offers and simultaneously bring an excellent culture fit that would continue to provide quality services and retain the school’s team and families. 

Multiple offers brought the sellers a value much greater than their expectation with the winning buyer being an international group that the HINGE team brought into the U.S. several years ago that is seeking growth in key areas.
