Build-to-Suit Project Completed in San Antonio

The team at HINGE Advisors is thrilled to announce the completion of another build-to-suit project in Texas — this time in San Antonio!

In coordination with Concept Companies, HINGE is helping a large regional childcare provider grow their footprint in Texas with 6 new build-to-suit locations. The client currently operates 60+ locations with 20+ currently in development across the United States. They are excited to launch new schools in the San Antonio and Austin markets.

This development project was led by Transaction Advisor Laurie Denny.
