The sellers acquired this second location back in 2018 and were able to turn the center operations around and build its enrollment to near capacity over the years. This successful growth allowed them to sell the center at a higher value so they could slow down and focus solely on their original location. They selected a growing, national owner-operator as their buyer due to their compatible operational culture and growth strategy.
