Childcare Business Sold in Northern Indiana

The team at HINGE Advisors is pleased to announce the successful sale of business and real estate for Young Minds Child Development Center in Northern Indiana.

After acquiring and rehabilitating a facility in the South Bend Metro Area, Vanessa Frias founded Young Minds in 2015. Eventually, Vanessa decided to sell the business and real estate so that she could focus on her young family and the family farm that she and her husband recently acquired.  To realize her goals, Vanessa contacted HINGE to facilitate the sale of her childcare business and real estate lease.

The buyer, a growing, regional owner-operator provider of preschool education and early childcare programs in the Midwest and South, was an excellent fit due to their compatible operation and growth strategy.
