Childcare Center Real Estate Sold in Suburban Denver Area

HINGE Advisors was thrilled to represent a childcare business owner in the successful sale of their center’s real estate in suburban Denver.

Transaction Advisor Mike Pepper had a personal relationship with the owner having enrolled his son in the school many years ago. This made him intimately familiar with the excellent demographics of the area and superior layout and features of the school’s facilities.

As the owner neared retirement, they did not want to invest additional money into their program and approached HINGE to help them market their real estate to a new operator. One key requirement was finding an operator who could re-energize the program as well as afford the real property without a loan. Using HINGE’s competitive marketing process, our team was able to identify multiple potential buyers who were interested in the property and attract several offers.  

Ultimately, the Seller selected a top-tier national provider to succeed their operations. The Buyer is excited to start renovations and open as a newly branded school just in time for a September start.
