HINGE Aids Childcare Provider with Build-to-Suit Project in Texas

The team at HINGE Advisors is thrilled to announce the completion of its first build-to-suit project in Leander, Texas for a large regional childcare provider.

HINGE worked alongside Concept Companies to assist the client with their build-to-suit efforts in Texas. With 50+ operating locations and 20+ currently in development across the United States, the client was excited to enter the Texas market and grow their footprint across the state with more build-to-suit projects forthcoming.
