HINGE Aids Montessori School Expansion in California

The team at HINGE was thrilled to support an existing client in San Francisco with the expansion of their Montessori school into an adjacent vacant space.

HINGE Advisors worked with the client and the landlord to create a suitable lease arrangement with a moderate Tenant Improvement Allowance. Our client supplemented the allowance with earnings from the original location, thus securing a long term lease in a very tight San Francisco real estate market notorious for slow permitting. The biggest issue our client faces now is managing the demand!
