South Carolina School and Real Estate Sold to Regional Group

HINGE is pleased to announce the sale of a childcare business and its real estate in the South Carolina market. 

The seller who founded and built the thriving childcare business spent more than 20 years caring for families and children in her area. The quality of the school’s programming, team and real estate were highly appealing to the buyer, a fast growing regional group of schools.

The seller was thrilled to be able to retire and know that her team and families were in good hands with a similar culture and programming fit.
