Tampa School Sold to Large Regional Operator

HINGE Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a school in the Tampa, Florida market to a large regional operator.

The seller operated the school for many years and sought an exit from the day-to-day business operations for retirement.

The buyer, who already operates in the market, found the site attractive and intends to invest heavily in the facility and its expansion to a larger capacity.

The families and team were transitioned successfully and will be a part of the new growth of the school and the buyers continued success in the market.
