Two-Site Childcare Business Sold in San Francisco Bay Area

HINGE Advisors was thrilled to lead the successful sale of a two-site, boutique childcare business in the San Francisco Bay area.

The client was ready to move on to new endeavors and spend more time with her family.  Her schools were both located on the same street in a residential part of San Francisco and had outdoor space — a rare feature in the area and extremely attractive to the buyer.

HINGE was able to match the client with a regional provider who was familiar with the school and had significant experience in the San Francisco area. Because of this, the HINGE team was able to help the client create a structure that allowed them to conclude the transaction before all the licensing processes were finalized and help them navigate potential future risks common with this kind of structure. This allowed the transaction to be completed on a quicker timeline.
