Two-Site Childcare Business Sold in Tennessee

The team at HINGE is extremely pleased to announce the sale of two childcare centers in the Chattanooga, TN market to a large regional provider. 

The seller has a long-term relationship with HINGE as the team helped them exit their first school back in 2012. After growing the company into new, larger locations with high quality programming, the seller made the decision to exit the industry and again called on the HINGE Advisors team for support! 

The team was pleased to match the company with a regional buyer seeking to grow in the market, who shared a similar culture and wanted to maintain the staff in place and ensure that the families and children continued to receive the same quality of care expected at the school.
