Meet Elisabeth Earnest

After many years as a solopreneur, Elisabeth is thrilled to be part of a team again — collaboration is where she thrives.

She has had a love for all-things organizing for as long as she can remember (she was that kid who happily straightened her best friend's bedroom), but what energizes her even more is working alongside others. The extrovert in her comes alive in a room filled with people, ideas, and shared purpose.

Elisabeth brings a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for creating order out of complexity — keeping the team organized, on schedule, and running at its best. Her lifelong passion for organizing, paired with seven years of self-directed entrepreneurial experience, means she anticipates needs before they arise and brings both structure and calm to even the busiest seasons.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, gardening, and cuddling with her two dogs, Bubba and Coco.

Elisabeth received her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from The University of Georgia.
