Marnie Rhen has a longstanding history leading financial analysis for a large childcare group.

Working for 27-site The Malvern School for more than 20 years, Marnie grew her accounting role with the school group all the way to Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she led the accounting department by directing and overseeing the financial activities of the company and developing forecasts of future growth. Fun Fact: Before Marnie joined The Malvern School, she was a physical education teacher for four years.

As a Financial Analyst at HINGE, Marnie now works alongside our transaction team leading the development of childcare business and real estate valuations at the beginning of the transaction process as well as defending quality of earnings toward the end of each process. We are so thankful to have Marnie’s knowledge and experience on our team!
