HINGE Helps Client Grow in San Francisco Market

Two years ago, HINGE was contacted by Masha LePort, an experienced Montessori executive who wanted to start her own Montessori school in San Francisco. She needed help creating a business plan and finding a suitable location in a commercial building. HINGE provided consultation to her regarding the metrics of leasing versus buying property, gauging the start up costs and creating a package of presentation materials that would enable the cautious landlords in San Francisco to understand the benefits of leasing to a non-traditional type tenant.  After many dead ends, we were able to secure her a lease in the lovely Cole Valley neighborhood in San Francisco where she already had dozens of families on her wait list.
