Community-Based Childcare Provider Sold in New York
HINGE Advisors is honored to announce the sale of Kiddie Care Early Learning Center, a large community-based childcare provider in Long Island, New York. The transaction enables the school to continue serving hundreds of children and families in the local area as part of a national childcare provider.
Under the steady leadership of two teachers turned business partners, Kiddie Care has grown dramatically since 2001 and become a recognized provider of high-quality programs for infants through school age children throughout the region.
