The team at HINGE is happy to announce the sale of two childcare centers in the Athens, Georgia market to a regional, growing group of investor/operators.

The seller developed the schools and experienced huge recent enrollment growth and wanted to take advantage of the strength of the selling market to exit the operations.

The buyer was looking to grow its family of schools and appreciated the strength of the team and the revenue base. They will use them to continue to grow in the area.
